This expansion reflects our continued commitment to our flagship product. Malena Brand long been known as the premier eggplant label in the U.S. We also were the first to offer high-graphic, value-added packaging that extends eggplant shelf life.
With this production expansion, we are also officially launching our eggplant seminar series for produce personnel. Using former produce managers as trainers, your team is ensured professional expertise in key category topics such as procurement, assortment, merchandising and promotion of eggplant. Also armed with the results of our recent, three-year eggplant consumption and customer profiling, we can help our customers maximize the top food trends today.
